"Erebuni" Armenian Saturday School in Belmont, MA was founded in 1988 by a group of patriotic parents interested in perpetuating the Eastern dialect of the Armenian language. It began with 14 students, now the number is over 80.
"Erebuni" staff creates a fun environment to teach the kids. The Armenian language and culture are taught not only in the classroom settings but also through music, choir, dance, poetry, games and theatre.
We have a new "Zangakner" Performing Arts Group. Children learn many traditional and modern Armenian songs and dances.
It's not your typical traditional Saturday school. "Erebuni" is like a big family where kids are excited and look forward to see each other every week. We create learning games, new interesting methods, we organize many fun events to keep the excitement going.
We believe in what we do, and do it with devotion, dedication and love. That's why the school gets better and better and the enrollment is rising rapidly.
